Type: Amber

Taste: Caramel notes and dry aftertaste. Refreshing.

Advice from the Brewer: This beer is excellent to drink in combination with Sushis with soy sauce and Yakitori.

Kuro OwaKURO OWA

Type: Stout

Taste: Coffee notes and strong malt taste.

Alcohol by volume: 8%

Advice from the Brewer: Good to drink with Miso food. Also an excellent ingredient for Japanese Curry (with pork or chicken).

Owa Grand CruOWA GRAND CRU

Type: Stout

Taste: Red wine barreled taste brewed in Bordeaux, France by Mr. Leo Shinohara. The two Leos combination beer.

Alcohol by volume: 8%

Bottle size: 75cl

Advice from the Brewer: Good as a digestive beer.

Sakura LambicSAKURA LAMBIC

Type: Aromatised lambic

Taste: Delicate notes of cherry blossom

Alcohol by volume: 5.5%

Bottle size: 37.5cl & 75cl

Advice from the Brewer: A perfect beer to enjoy before a meal. Sakura means cherry leaves in japanese. The leaves are steeped in salt for several months producing a highly perfumed aroma. In Japan, Sakura are also enjoyed as special sweets during spring time.

Ume LambicUME LAMBIC

Type: Fruit lambic

Taste: Sour

Alcohol by volume: 5.5%

Bottle size: 37.5cl & 75cl

Advice from the Brewer: Very good as an aperitif especially in summer. Ume is a Japanese plum which is much more sour than typical European plums. In Japan, Ume are eaten as pickles and not as fresh fruits. These Japanese plums can also be used to make Ume wine: the Umeshyu. The Ume choosen by Leo Imai for Ume Lambic are sourced from Wakayama prefecture – the best reputed region for Ume.

Yuzu LambicYUZU LAMBIC

Type: Fruit lambic

Taste: Fruity and very fresh

Alcool by volume: 5.5%

Bottle size: 37.5cl & 75cl

Advice from the Brewer: A very good choice for those who are not keen on a typical beer taste. Very easy to drink and very refreshing. Yuzu is a Japanese lemon. During brewering, only the peel is used to steep inside the Lambic.
